Halston has been working as a professional photographer since 2004.  His career started as a hobby, where he would shoot local track events that he attended with his friends. Halston's adoration for the art became apparent and not soon after he was providing photographs to multiple professional teams and publications. 

 

Halston’s love for motorsports drive's him both on track, and behind the camera.  In his career, Halston has serviced many clients in numerous divisions of racing, including Grand-Am, ALMS, IMSA, CTSCC, Formula Drift, and NASCAR.  Likewise, he has been published multiple times in Roundel Magazine, Jalopnik, Driven World, Performance BMW and many other publications.  Halston’s list of clientele is quite extensive, which includes, but not limited to, MiniUSA, Mazda, BMW of North America, BimmerWorld Racing, Turner Motorsports, AIM Autosport and ChumpCar World Series.  Along with his publications, Halston's portfolio also includes providing commercial photography to CRC Automotive, Smith & Wollensky Steak Houses, The Fox Theater, Red Line Oils, Motion Control Suspension and BimmerWorld among others. 

 

Apart from motorsports, Halston’s work also includes a close relationship with the Georgia Trust for Historical Preservation by providing still photography for their yearly Places in Peril publication.  Along with these moments, Halston also appreciates capturing the uniqueness of individuals through portraits, as well as the diverse scenery through landscape photography.
